加拿大联邦快速移民的重要提醒:

加拿大移民部在2015年1月1日开始推出了联邦快速移民,在申请此类移民之前,主申请人必须要通过雅思考试,根据申请类别的不同而要求不同等雅思分数。主申请人也必须要通过非加拿大教育的学历认证,所以请大家详细看网站的这个部分,如果不清楚,请联系我们咨询。


加拿大联邦快速移民的基本概念

加拿大联邦快速移民的申请人应当具备一定程度的教育或专业培训,具备英语或法语能力,并拥有相关的工作经验。加拿大每年从全世界吸收大量独立技术移民,主要目的是为了补充加拿大劳工市场之需求,推动本国经济不断增长。自2015年1月1日开始,加拿大移民部实施了新的申请标准,这个标准被称之为快速移民,

基于快速移民的政策,申请人需要在线填写个人的信息,这些信息包括英语/法语能力,教育背景和工作背景等,当然填写这些信息都是免费的。

特别提醒,如果需要我们代理,这些事情均由我们来全程处理,不需要申请人自己做这些事情。


根据申请人的个人信息,加拿大移民部会在整个候选人中进行评估,并且给综合排名靠前的申请人发出申请移民的邀请,只有接到邀请的候选人,才可以递交完整的申请材料给移民部。基于这个新的甄选标准的系统,大部分的申请周期会在六个月或以内。


加拿大联邦快速移民的分类
  • 联邦技术移民,即Federal Skilled Worker Program;
  • 联邦技工移民,即Federal Skilled Trades Program;
  • 加拿大经验类移民,即Canadian Experience Class;
  • 部分省提名技术移民,即Provincial Nominee。
加拿大技术移民的语言要求

申请加拿大技术移民中,移民部承认3种语言的考试,一个是雅思,一个是TEF,一个是加拿大英语语言测试。大部分的申请人只要参加雅思的考试即可。

2015年1月1日实施的加拿大联邦快速移民政策中,分别对技术移民、技工移民和经验类移民要求不同对雅思评估标准。

我们仅仅提供了对雅思的衡量标准,其他的语言测试标准,请看加拿大移民部的网站。在快速移民的评估标准中,对副申请人的语言有额外的加分,副申请人语言考试会提高整体案件的评分。

在快速移民的评估标准中,语言的评估比以往都复杂的多。我们并没有详细的列举,具体请与我们联系评估。


技术移民的雅思要求:

必须达到Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7或者以上的标准,如果用雅思的评估衡量的话,那就是单科不能低于6666分。

技术移民在2015年1月1日实施的政策下的雅思考试分析:

  • 移民官评估雅思的单项分数相对应的英语分数,并且加起来之后得到技术移民的英语分数,而不介意单项分数之间的高低区别,更与申请人的职业背景毫无关系;
  • 除了雅思考试,其他的评估均为客观分数,但具体的每项评估分数一定要咨询我们来最终确定,这也决定了雅思考试分数的高低,因此一个案件的准确评估至关重要,不可盲目臆测;
  • 加拿大技术移民中,语言的总分是28分,如果把英语作为第一官方语言来评估的话,那么英语分数最高是24分,法语是4分;
  • 在适应能力加分中,副申请的雅思分数是CLB4或以上,可以获得5分加分;
  • 在加拿大技术移民的评分中,高于67的分数没有意义,只要够分即可;
  • 雅思考试分A类和G类,加拿大技术移民的申请人必须参加G类的雅思考试;
  • 雅思考试的报名一定要在教育部考试中心上注册:http://ielts.etest.net.cn/cn

技工移民的雅思要求:

必须达到Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5或者以上的标准(雅思口语和听力不低于5分),(CLB) 4或者以上的标准(雅思阅读不低于3.5分,写作不低于4分)。

经验类移民的雅思要求:

加拿大经验类技术移民的申请人的雅思要求决定于noc的职业类别,如果是类别0/A中的职业申请人,必须达到Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7或者以上的标准,如果用雅思的评估衡量的话,那就是单科不能低于6666分。如果是类别B中的职业申请人,必须达到Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5或者以上的标准,如果用雅思的评估衡量的话,那就是雅思阅读不低于4分,口语、写作和听力不低于5分。

加拿大技术移民的评估标准

想要办理加拿大联邦快速移民,首先要考雅思,再次说明,没有雅思成绩(雅思考试必须是G类,也就是普通类,A类学术类的不接受,必须是在正式递交申请之时的前2年内考的成绩才有效,多于2年的成绩不被接受)不能办理2015年1月1日开始实施的加拿大联邦快速移民,如果想评估的话,请马上找我们咨询。

为了获得已安排就业的分数,申请人需要加拿大人力资源部颁发的LMO-Labour Market Opinion,还要加上一份不确定的JOB OFFER。在一些案件中,申请人的LMO可以免除,只提供一份不确定的JOB OFFER即可。在新的措施中,包括在规则中引入劳动力市场的评估和真实的因素,都期待着为雇主增加项目的完整性,提高劳动力市场的敏感度和简化的处理程序。
